We use FEDEx and USPS Ground for most shipments.  Our FedEx rates are based on the weight and size of your order. We will ship your products with the quickest and most economical carrier.  You can check your shipping cost at any time during the purchase process by clicking over to your shopping cart. Just click on the button that says "Update Tax and Shipping Estimates".

Typically these are i tems such as engine cases, frames, suspension components and body parts for ATV's and utility vehicles.  These items must be shipped by freight. Prior to ordering these items, please contact us for a shipping quote.

We ship via FedEx or US Postal Service in the continental US.

ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders. Also, allow additional shipping time during holidays, as vendor and shipper schedules vary.

Our system does not facilitate add-on orders.  Onc eteh orde ris placed it is complte. If you need to additional items, please place a second order.

Most order contain parts that we do not have in stock. There are over 1 million parts listed in our parts diagrams.  We receive shipments from our manufacturers daily, and in most cases we will receive your parts within 3 to 5 business days. We typically complete your order on the same day we receive the parts. Most orders are shipped FedEx Ground, and you should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days from the date of your order confirmation.

Online orders do not charge your credit card immediately. We verify the availability of the parts ordered prior charging your card. If all ordered parts are available, then the card is charged to continue the order process. All orders are treated as special orders insuring the quickest processing time.

If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail and give you a cancellation option.  When parts are on backorder, the manufacturer places the order in sequence by order date.  The manufcturer then releases parts in the order they were placed.  We will notify you when the product comes off backorder.  We do not provide regular updates as to back-order status.  Yamaha does not provide us with this information.  You may cancel the order any time up until the product is released from backorder.

All parts are thoroughly inspected and packaged to insure good working condition.  Once the part is turned over to the freight carrier, any damage is beyond our control. The freight carrier received and signed for the package and part in good condition. Consequently, it is most important to protect your interest by carefully complying with the following instructions: Please inspect your cartons for any damage (including concealed damage) that might have occurred during shipping. Any damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and should be reported upon receipt of shipment. It is your responsibility to issue a claim and to receive compensation from the freight carrier for any damage done in transit.  Note: Damage of this sort is not warranted by the Seller.

Certain parts and accessories can not be shipped. Those items include chemicals and hazardous items.  All batteries are shipped dry.  If you order a battery from our website, you will need to visit your local auto parts store to purchase acid, and you will need to charge your battery for 12 hours prior to using it.
